XSPlatforms is looking to recruit a national sales manager for new offices in major European countries, especially Germany. France, and Spain but not limited to those countries
To be able to carry out the job successfully, the candidate will need to have an in-depth knowledge of our products and systems. Training for this will be provided internally. Responsibilities and duties will depend on motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work independently.

Experience and responsibilities:
at least 5 years experience in a commercial job
experience of managing and setting up a business is a preference
extensive knowledge of roofing market (potential dealers)
excellent proven sales and marketing skills
excellent attention to details
proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower teams to achieve objectives with the team approach
